DAY OF YOUR PORTRAIT SESSION

Upon your arrival for your portrait session, you will be asked to verify that your phone number, mailing address, and email are correct. If you do not make corrections using the link above or at the date of your portrait session, the information Enon currently has will be added to the roster in the directory. It is up to you to ensure this information is correct.

Actively serving military members of Enon can email a high-resolution digital file to sandra@sandrahendersonphotography.com for inclusion in the directory.

Military members must be a member of Enon to be included.

The deadline to turn in photos is May 29th. Photos will not be accepted after the deadline has passed.

If you have a college student unable to attend one of the assigned portrait days, please email a high-resolution digital file of your student to sandra@sandrahendersonphotography.com for inclusion in the directory.

Collage students will be listed under the "College Students" section of the directory.

Currently, only members of Enon will be listed in our directory. If you are not currently a member, we would love to have you join our church family.

A portrait sign-up sheet is available in the lobby of the Family Life Center. If you do not see the sign up sheet, ask one of the morning volunteers.

Once you select a time, please take a photo of the sheet with your date and time, write it down, and add it to your calendar. If you are unable to attend one of the portrait dates (May 29, 30, 31, June 1, 7) and would like a family portrait to include in the directory, contact Sandra directly at sandra@sandrahendersonphotography.com 

Submitted photos are allowed and will be listed at the end of the directory under the "Submitted Photos" section. Nonprofessional photos are accepted.

If you have 6 or more family members or plan to have generational photos, please select 2 consecutive time slots. 

A mobile portrait studio will be set up in the Family Life Center. You will enter through the double doors and be greeted by one of our volunteers, who will direct you where to go.  When it is time for your session, the volunteer will walk you to the portrait station.

Portrait sessions are 15 minutes. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time with all family members present and ready to be photographed. We will do our best to stay on time.

Before your session, one of our volunteers will take a reference photo of your family (for organizational purposes only). Please make sure this is taken before you leave the church.

There is no fee to have your portrait taken for the church directory. The church is providing one directory for every family. However, you have the option to purchase gift prints and wall portraits at the time of your session.  10% of the proceeds will go back to Enon to assist in covering the cost of the printed directory. 

Long sleeves and solid colors look best for your portrait session. Medium to dark colors have a slimming effect. A "Styling Guide" is provided showcasing color palettes to help you plan outfits. You may view the guide by clicking the link at the top of this page or clicking here. We want you to look your best!

Immediately after your session, you will be guided to one of our preview stations, where you will select an image for the directory and place orders for any prints you’d like to gift to family and friends or display in your home.

Basic retouching is included with all ordered images. Images that are not ordered will not be retouched. If you choose not to place an order but would like your directory image retouched, a $10 retouching fee will apply.

Yes! Immediately after selecting your directory portrait, you will review the gallery of images captured and place orders for prints, wall art, and/or digital images. 10% of orders placed on the day of your session will be donated back to Enon to help cover the cost of the printed directory. Shipping and handling fees are waived for orders over $100.

CAN I ORDER PHOTOS LATER?

Yes! Images will be available in an online gallery for ordering at a later time. A link to the online galleries can be found here. However, we encourage you to place your order at the time of your portrait session to take advantage of any special offers. Orders placed later are not eligible for same-day offers or specials.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow up to four weeks for order delivery.

After all sessions have been completed, the directory design will take approximately two weeks to finalize before being submitted to church officials for approval. Once approved, printing and delivery may take up to ten weeks.

Church members will be notified by Pastor Ben when and where the directories will be available for pickup.

We encourage you to have your portrait taken during our designated portrait session days to ensure the directory remains cohesive and balanced. However, if you are unavailable on those dates, you are welcome to submit a nonprofessional portrait of your family to be included in the "Submitted Photo" section of the directory.

If you are unable to attend one of the portrait days but would still like to have your portrait taken, please contact Sandra directly at sandra@sandrahendersonphotography.com to schedule a studio session. Studio session availability is limited and will not be offered after June 7.
