EXPERIENCE DATE: easter session (march 16), motherhood session (april 6), spring family session at firely haven (april 20), drape & suit (may 11) *spring family session at firefly requires 5 bookings before location is confirmed due to facility fees. If the minimum booking for this location is not met, a local garden/park will be selected in its place. You will have the option to transfer this fee to a summer or fall mini-session if the location changes.
SESSION INFORMATION: The easter session, motherhood session, and drape & suit session are photographed at the studio and are 15 minutes in length. The spring family session is 10 minutes in length. Additional images may be purchased as follows: 5 digital images $100, 10 digital images $150, gallery of images $225.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: There are no refunds on cancellations for any reason. You are welcome to gift your session to a friend or family member. You are responsible for collecting session fee should you choose to sell your time slot. Please come dressed to be in photographs in case your child is scared or needs comfort. You will be asked to join the session to ease your child's fears. Sandra will make every effort to comfort or redirect your child's attention.
ACTS OF GOD: If Sandra is exposed to conditions that cause fear for her or any hired participant's safety, Sandra Henderson Photography reserves the right to immediately protect the interests of those involved, including leaving the session and terminating the agreement. These events include, but are not limited to war, terrorism, hurricane, or any other disaster or pandemic that may keep Sandra Henderson Photography or contractors from traveling.
ANIMALS: For sessions with farm animals, you agree to hold harmless Sandra Henderson Photography, the animal owner, or the like for any injury that may arise with dealing with animals during your session. If you are concerned with potential injury to your child, please notify us immediately so that we can arrange for a stuffed animal to be in place of the animal selected for your session.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE OF IMAGES: The Photographer maintains full copyright ownership to any photographs she captures. All images are protected under Federal Copyright Law and remain the copyright of the Photographer. It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, modify, reproduce, or otherwise steal any image created by the Photographer unless given written consent in the form of a Copyright Release. This applies to images posted in a Private Online Gallery, Blog, Facebook, Instagram, Hard Copy Images, etc. If the Client steals images via any method above or any other method, the Client will be charged legal fines and invoiced for the cost of EACH image stolen, at the Photographer's current price per image. Printing rights (a.k.a. reproduction rights) are not the same as Copyright. If you, the Client, have any questions regarding copyright and the use of photographs please contact the Photographer.
MODEL RELEASE: The Model Release form grants the Photographer, Sandra Henderson the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the Client, Client's child/children, or other photos from the session. The Client may not include said photos for editorial, trade, advertising, social media, and other purposes, and in any manner and medium without the express written permission from the Photographer. An additional fee is required to maintain client privacy.
CREATIVE LICENSE: Sandra Henderson Photography maintains free creative license with respect to artistry, style, editing, and composition of photographs.
CLOTHING: Sandra will provide a clothing guide for your session. All parties need to arrive dressed and ready to be photographed. There will be no time to dress due to session time limit.
BE PREPARED: Please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointed time. To respect every client's time selection, Sandra is unable to make up time at the end of your session due to tardiness.
PETS: Pets are welcome to the session. Certain locations require pets to be on a lease. Please keep animals off furniture. You will be responsible for any damage to property incurred by your pet.
CAMERAS: No cameras (cell phones included) allowed. it is important that your child not realize that you are taking photos and direct their attention toward you and away from the experience. The session will end immediately and no refunds will be given.
